In 2009 I began working for a cellphone manufacturer where the focus was customizing the Android operating system for its new production line of smartphones. This was my first contact with the Android platform. Since then I’ve worked almost exclusively with Android in platform and application levels.

Welcome Frida Issa, Android Developer

My name is Frida Issa and I have been developing for mobile for the last 9 years. I have been an entrepreneur for 6 years, co-founded and led two startups in the field of Augmented Reality.

My expertise started with mobile applications, especially with Android. It then developed further into computer vision algorithms for Android and iOS to recognize images, faces or motion, 3D engines in OpenGL and wrapping any code into simple and usable SDKs. Recently, I also worked in the field of Virtual Reality helping Madrid’s University to provide a software kit for its new patented headset.
